You might remember a few weeks ago we posted some images and a video of James Bullough‘s giants (6m tall, to be exact) painted on the inside of the Co Verlag gallery Tor 111, Berlin.

Well, since then, a really nice video documenting the creations has been put together by Visual Garbage, and is most definitely worth a watch! These guys know how to make captivating art videos.

In a recent interview with Renee Lamothe, James explains that โ€œ…in my current body of work I explore the balance between these contrasting elements [highly rendered oil paintings of contemporary imagery]. Abstract graffiti inspired backgrounds live with color and texture are met with intensely realistic images. Highly rendered portraits float atop layers of ambient space and geometric forms. Contemporary street art techniques and materials collide with those of the realist oil painters I so admire.โ€ UKB
