Upfest – the Urban Paint Festival – was conceived by 3 like minded artists in 2008, after taken large amounts of inspiration from festivals such as Super Cans (Southampton), Cans Festival (London) and the growing number of paint jams around the UK.

With the increasing popularity of such events over the past few years, it’s no surprise that Upfest returned for the 5th year, in Bristol. With over 250 artists now participating, it was expected that over 10,000 visitors would cast their eyes over the array of artwork during the weekend.

Work from the likes of Herakut & Scottish artist, Smug, really demonstrated that Upfest is one of the leading urban art festivals in both the UK & Europe. UKB
