Gamma Transport Division is the newest gallery to open in Edinburgh, focusing on good art, good coffee and good bikes.
The opening of the gallery/shop was combined with the opening of the first exhibition by urban/street artist James Choules, better known as sheOne (S1).
On display at GTD’s first exhibition were 2 very cool customised Dolan bicycle frames from sheOne as well as a number of new works from the artist whose work is a cool blend of bold colour with his now trademark brush strokes.

SheOne is well respected in the street/urban art world having painted, among many other places internationally, the trains the Village Underground in east London. Having caught some of his work at the White Canvas Project last year I was really excited to check out his work in Edinburgh.
It looks like Gamma Transport Division is going to be a good space to keep an eye on in Edinburgh with the next exhibition by graphic artist Phil Ashcroft set to preview on 13th December.
