The 15th guest mix of the UKB series is one that’s a little bit different in a few respects.

This 75 minute mix was recorded live during Marcel’s performance at techno mecca Tresor in late 2013 as part of the ‘BerMuDa’ club festival, where he alongside fellow Tresor resident ‘TAG’, supported Cari Lekebusch.

Definitely one for the techno-heads, but this set is far from predictable, with some unexpected a cappella moments, a varied tracklist and added atmosphere in this one with occasional noise from a fervent Tresor crowd.

Having first seen Marcel perform in Edinburgh in 2012 (urbankulturblog.com/2012/08/09/paco…seen-edinburgh/) at Studio 24 at one of the earlier ‘Unseen’ nights, I was very happy when he agreed to provide this exclusive recording of his mix for UKB.

2014 will see the start of his own record label Finitude which kicks off with a release from PMH (P.E.A.R.L. & Marcel Heese). Right now he is working on various other projects and collaborations.
